WALTER KNOLL FLORIST

As a WKF Landscape Crew Member, you are a vital part of our field team, combining hands-on landscape expertise with reliable driving and equipment transport. In this role, you will safely operate company vehicles to navigate job sites, haul materials, and handle stock deliveries—all while building and maintaining vibrant, high-quality landscapes with a signature tropical twist.

Skill Set and Educational Requirements:

• Minimum of a high school diploma or GED
• CDL Class A License preferred, Straight Trucks with Equipment Trailers
• Familiarity in Landscaping, Skid Loaders, Commercial Mowers is a plus
• Physical stamina to perform tasks such as moving, walking, stooping, kneeling, and safely lift weights 50 lbs or greater
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Must pass background check (due to work with high-profile clientele)

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with Crew to complete routes efficiently and with the highest quality
• Operate equipment and tools in accordance with safety guidelines
• Assist in maintaining clean and organized job sites
• Participate actively in team tasks, Planting Trees & Shrubs, Landscape Walls & Patios
• Holiday installations
• Care for and maintain company equipment, tools, and vehicles
• Perform additional duties, such as handling Stock, loading and Unloading Trucks, Floral Helper, Plant Care Technician
• Occasional weekend work and overtime (more around floral holidays)
